This dental office is a rip off. Dr Iris Hollander told me something was covered under my benefits plan but turned out to be false. She sold me something I didn’t use and lied that my benefits would cover it. I had to pay out of pocket for something I never needed in the first place. Due to the clinic’s dishonesty - I am not longer a patient there. Please save yourself the headache and $$, do not go here.

I've been going to Concourse Dental Centre for a few years. I had minor discomfort in a tooth and Hollander did a filling on it a few years ago. This filling made the pain 10x worse after the filling. I went in for multiple xrays and follow up appointments but Hollander was unable to figure out the issue. She basically said it is what it is and sometimes these things happen without solving the issue. I waited some time to see if the sensitivity would go away naturally but it didn’t. I went in for a second opinion a few weeks ago to the owner Chu. She barely looked at the before and after xrays and after blowing air through several teeth said that the problem was due to recession on other teeth. So her answer was that the pain that got 10x worse after a specific filling on a specific tooth was due to recession on completely unrelated teeth. Recession on unrelated teeth would have existed before and after the filling and could not be the cause of a 10x increase in pain. This was the dumbest medical diagnosis I’ve ever received in my life from a medical “professional”. Chu is also way too busy handling multiple patients at a time and she left multiple times during my appointment to do exams on others. This of course resulted in very poor attention to my concerns. Both Chu and Hollander are very dismissive of concerns overall. I suggest you avoid this place.

I get to see Dr. Natalie Chan at the Concourse Dental Centre and only have positive things to say. She takes the time to make sure everything is on track from previous visits and doesn’t push you to get any dental work done that isn’t absolutely necessary. Even though my work benefits cover my visits, I still appreciate the care and precaution that Dr. Chan takes. I never feel uncomfortable when she’s examining/working on my teeth and it’s always a pleasure meeting with her! Dr. Chan makes me excited about going to the dentist and caring about my oral health! The other staff are also super welcoming and organized. I never have to wait long before or after my appointments. Appreciate all the work you all do to make my experience run smoothly!

I’ve been coming here for over 12 years now and have always had a great experience. The staff is always warm and welcoming, the dentists and hygienists are thorough, knowledgeable and are always ready to answer any questions demonstrating a caring and helpful manner. They are great at finding solutions that fit my needs and explain any procedures fully. I feel very lucky to have found this dental centre and will continue to come back here for an exceptional experience!

I found out today that I’ve been a patient here for 10 years! In these 10 years I have had 0 issues. The hygienists are always pleasurable. My dentist is great. And the front office staff are always friendly and helpful. After my appointment today they presented me with small gift. Has your dental office ever given you a gift? It was sweet and thoughtful! ❤️
