I’m satisfied with the service I receive from my physiotherapist. She is friendly, charismatic, and pleasant. However, having several very young or teenage assistants really brings down the professionalism. The phone manner of these young people is unprofessional. “Uh huh. Yah. Uh huh. Uh huh. Yah. Yah” They failed to enter info I provided on intake forms multiple times. They don’t seem to read or understand the therapist schedules well, stating someone is unavailable. Meanwhile, the therapist themself told me they’re available. The youth employee then realizes and changes their answer. Multiple times I have heard these near teenage employees swearing, gossiping, speaking inappropriately on the other side of curtains. Being loud, unprofessional and childish. It really seems like you’re surrounded by teenagers. I’ve never experienced this in a medical office setting.

Outstanding treatment by Dhaval Desai. He helped me get back to my work and life after an injury. He is awesome. Dhaval is highly recommended if you are looking for physiotherapist he is the guy to go to.

I have been seeing Dhaval Desai since past 3 years for various issues. He has helped me in every possible way to get my health back on track. I have seen many therapist in past but Dhaval is best. He unsderdatnd and listen to you carefully and treat you with care. He wants you to get better. He is really good with hands on, dry needling and clinic is well equipped with all latest machines. I highly recomm Him & this clinic.

I have been seeing Dhaval for the past 3 months for my back, and I am so grateful for the care and support I received. He is very professional, patient, and truly committed to helping his patients recover. With his guidance and treatment, my back has improved so much, and I feel stronger and more confident every day. He always takes the time to explain the exercises and makes sure I’m doing them correctly. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive physiotherapist.

Olivia is the best physio I have ever visited. She really takes the time to work through the problem and get to the root of it. She works in multiple modalities (including but not limited to: acupuncture, dry needling, shock wave, traction). She is a warm and friendly person that takes time with each client to make sure they are getting the most from their physio. I have seen her regularly for multiple problems over the years, and have recommended her to many of my friends.
