Comfort Union was recommended to me by a friend when our furnace quit working , within a few days we had suggestions and a quote from Asif. Mohammed and Mohammed along with their team came out and installed a 2 stage Keeprite furnace , a Tankless water heater and a Nova water softener and filtration system . Mohammed and his team are very professional and explained everything to us . They worked long hours to get everything installed , I highly recommend Comfort Union , they are honest and trustworthy. My husband Jerry Tarasoff and I are so very happy with the work done .

Our furnace unexpectedly failed and we needed a replacement right away. Ian at Comfort Union made it a priority to provide a quote same day. The installation team lead by Mohammad were professional, took the time to explain the new furnace and left the house tidy. I would recommend this company.

We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Comfort Union. When our boiler went we were out of hot water as well as heat in our basement because of the in-floor heating. Mohammed came the same day I called and I could tell immediately that he really knew what he was talking about!! He explained clearly what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. And he and Abdul came the next day to do the install and stayed late to get it done! We’re so happy with the work they both did. We highly recommend Comfort Union, Mohammed and Abdul!

I had a Rinnai tankless system that was extremely loud and could never keep up with the demand. On top of that, it was costing me a lot in constant repairs. I hired Comfort Union to install an IBC boiler, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. They even let me know that in the future I can replace my old furnace with an IBC fan coil instead of installing another furnace, which was super helpful information. Daryl and Mo were incredible—professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Mo even went the extra mile and replaced my kitchen sink drains while he was here. Honestly, the best plumbing and heating company in Calgary. I couldn’t be happier with their work.

We recently had a new IBC combination boiler installed after losing hot water for a few days. The team understood the urgency and moved quickly to get the job done. Mohammad came out and worked long hours to complete the installation, and his professionalism and dedication really stood out. The entire team handled everything efficiently—from installation to inspection—and made sure the new unit was working perfectly.
