I love the pool, the lazy river and the two slides in the pool. They are amazing and super fun. There’s a bunch of different activities you can do at the Collicutt like badminton, basketball soccer and way more. Every once in a while they hold a fun night called the surf and turf, which is very good for meeting your friends and having a good time!

I was with my family and taking a picture of my daughter only and I'm not taking a picture of the other people there. One teenage life guard mentioned that that is not allowed. I mentioned that you can see the picture that I've taken. I don't see any rules that is being posted or prohibited, since I'm the one that is Asian there, this is a racist facilities.

I had a very disturbing experience at this gym. When I was 17, an older man was taking photos of me while I was stretching in the yoga area. I reported it to the fitness attendants immediately and explicitly told them that I was underage and very uncomfortable. The man left before security intervened, police were not called, and staff did nothing beyond saying they couldn’t check his phone. I was a minor, and I was left with the reality that a stranger has photos of me. This is especially important because it shows a failure to safeguard a minor. Photos are not allowed in the gym, and he should have been banned. Because of how poorly this was handled, I have not returned since. Younger members should be careful, as this situation was not taken seriously at all.

Nice pool but gym is lacking. A lot of the equipment is dated, not to mention for how big the facility is the gym is tiny. At peak times have to wait a long time to use certain equipment because they have only 1 of many of the popular machines.

Used to be one of my favorites, last 4 times I have tried going has been nothing but issues. Tonight found out that they let someone else use all of the child’s passes I had paid for. The staff has made it a joke. Thanks so much for reaching out, really too bad that it takes a negativite review for that since I have been told multiple times that someone would call 🙄 It wasn't your staff who could even tell me what happened to my Children's passes, it was the children who told me their mother used them for her visitation time. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. Your staff was dismissive and told me they would look into it, so really someone was supposed to contact me today. Your supervision policies are age discrimination and do not indicate at all the children’s ability to swim. Your 'hot' hot tub is barely warm water. Your swimming lessons take over the main pool. You allow groups of 50+ older teenage boys to come in at once and take over the entire pool area. I will probably never go back, but now I'm stuck with lots of adult and family passes, I would have lots of children’s passes too had your staff not given them away! Your staff has an attitude that they are always right and harasses children to purposely rile up their parents. I have watched it happen more than once. I'm all for you having rules and supporting your staff, but not to the extent you are violating rights, bullying children and not considering your staff might be the problem!
