I went there today to use your car wash. I called at 14:32 and your staff explicitly confirmed that the car wash was open. I arrived at 14:38—just six minutes later—and it was closed. I called again and was told the temperature “dropped within six minutes” to a point where the car wash could not operate. That explanation is not credible. There were still vehicles lined up waiting, and the gas bar manager simply kept repeating the same “six minutes” statement instead of providing a clear, verifiable answer. Here is what appears far more likely: the car wash was already closed when I called at 14:32, and your employee gave me incorrect information. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, you are trying to justify it after the fact. If you are confident in your explanation, then prove it. Please review the security footage and the car wash shutdown logs and confirm the exact time the car wash was closed. Otherwise, this is simply misinformation that wasted my time and fuel.

Monthly Subscription Sold While Car Wash Is Closed – This Is Misleading I purchased a monthly car wash subscription without any warning that the car wash was closed due to weather. Customers buy these subscriptions from home, assuming the service is available, but only find out after paying that the wash is not operating. There is no clear notice before purchase telling customers that the car wash is currently closed or may remain closed for days. As a result, the subscription time keeps running while the service cannot be used, and no credits or extensions are provided. Customers should be clearly informed before buying a subscription whether the car wash is open or closed, so they can decide whether it’s worth purchasing. Without transparency, this feels misleading and results in wasted money. Please be upfront with customers about closures before taking their payment. Selling subscriptions without clearly disclosing active closures puts the entire risk on the customer, which is not fair or transparent.

Really disappointing carwash experience. I was about 5th in line when I arrived, only one bay working, and it was close to an hour before I got my car washed. There's no way to escape once you are in line either. I used the bug remover before going in but even with that the wash didn't get the bugs off the windshield, hood of my car looked about as dirty as it was before the wash. I would recommend skipping this wash, not worth the time and money you'll invest.

Most of the time … one car wash always stays in maintainance Just seen canada dry can in their wash machine …. Lol

The slowest car wash I have ever been to. Terrible finish, half of the car wash is broken, bug remover has been removed, extremely slow.
