This is my favourite gym in the city! There's so much equipment and the best view. Everyone that works there is so friendly. I can’t say enough good things about Rakessh, the front desk agent, at this gym. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with the warmest smile and such genuine kindness. It truly sets the tone for your entire workout. No matter how busy it gets, Rakessh stay calm, patient, and incredibly helpful. Whether you have a quick question, need assistance with your account, or just need a little positive energy after a long day, he's always there with a friendly attitude and willingness to help. You can feel that Rakessh genuinely cares about the gym members and want everyone to have a great experience. That kind of warmth makes this gym feel less like a facility and more like a community. So grateful for people like this who make showing up that much easier.

I am a member for years and am very happy with the facility. I like the privacy of the ladies section and a space to relax and enjoy my workout. Staff members are great and always welcoming. For all these years I only had one bed experience with Tania D’Avanzo. She was really rude, no customer service skills or willingness to learn and understand. It looks like she was one of these digital nomads who frequently change countries, jobs, professions.

First, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Second, my coach, Callum, has been very supportive and helpful on my fitness journey. He genuinely cares about building muscle, improving health, and boosting overall well-being. Lastly, the equipment is more than enough to serve all members comfortably. There's always room for improvement, especially in maintaining cleanliness — while the place is already clean, a bit more attention, particularly in the washroom, would make it even better. 1000 over 10. I definitely recommend this gym.

"Do not come to this gym" Their membership rules seem to be made up by staff themselves, are unclear, and involve significant risk. I am an international exchange student. About six months ago, I went to Vancouver to study English and signed up for a membership at this gym. At that time, a man who appeared to be in a managerial position—approximately 30–40 years old, muscular, with a beard—recommended a three-month plan to me. He said this plan was specially designed for my situation and emphasized that it had to be paid in full upfront. He clearly stated that after the three months, I would not need to return to the gym to cancel the membership. I confirmed this with him multiple times. However, after the three months ended, I had already returned to my home country, yet the gym continued to charge my linked credit card. When I contacted them, they told me that the plan I signed required cancellation 30 days in advance, and they insisted that I had already signed the contract. They refused to issue any refund and even demanded that I pay for the current month’s membership fee, stating that I could only cancel the membership in the following month. I have already left Vancouver and have no proper channel to file a complaint. I feel extremely helpless and frustrated. I strongly suspect that this unethical sales practice is repeatedly used to deceive exchange students who are not fluent in English, and that they attempt to take money from students’ credit cards in this way. I strongly urge future exchange students to stay away from this scam gym. There is absolutely no protection for consumers. Response to owner: While you apologized, you continue to demand payment.

Amazing gym, exceptional customer service from all the staff members. Decent range of machines and clean facility. Rakesh at front desk is always proactive and friendly, greets everyone with a smile going in and out. Keep up the great work guys.
