Not a good wash at all. Got the best wash available and it is not good. For 26 bucks I could have a full detail if I just did it my self.

One of the better car washes I’ve been to. Although the reason it’s not a 5 star is because everytime you get a wash, they only pre wash the left side and never wash the right side, leaving dirt on before getting it scrubbed and could lead to scratches from the brushes. In my eyes it’s just cutting corners and they should hire someone to spray the right or just get the one person to spray the whole vehicle… otherwise I’m happy!

Generally the wash is good but it doesn’t clean the back window on an SUV. Also the car wash closes randomly. When you are paying a monthly subscription you should be notified of a closure. New Year’s Eve closed at 12 noon. If they are able to send multiple emails then an email notification of early closure should not be that difficult.

Generally I really like this car wash. Wait times are ok, the service has always been really good. I do notice it misses parts of my bumper constantly but not enough of a deal for me to do 4 stars. Overall, I would recommend the monthly plan to anyone who likes a clean car

Can your car wash service wash the back of cars yet? You can tell when people go to your car wash because they got scuffed dirt marks on the back of the car and around the licence plate. Once you're able to properly wash a car on ALL sides then I'll re-subscribe to your wash service! I shouldn't have to go wash the rest of my car once I've been through your wash. I did see that you're down for upgrading so hopefully that'll fix the problem. Friendly staff and a killer deal though! I just need them to be able to wash the cars better.
