Used them for years and always knew they were overpriced but they were mostly reliable. Unfortunately, they took a large deposit from me last year, scheduled 2 dates to come, and never showed up. Now they appear to be out of business and have ghosted me.

I recently have had furnace issues, which once diagnosed, led to the replacement of the furnace. Heinz was thorough and professional in diagnosing the problem and ensuing that I understood my options. Thor was meticulous and patient on the new furnace install in my 100+ year old house where space is challenging. I was kept informed throughout the process and feel I had all the right information to make the best decision for me. The new furnace is working great!

John was knowledgeable, not a pushy salesman, and brought good experience and information to our heating situation. Also in a pinch with an emergency, Clearview was busy with late night calls and couldn't respond with a technician after hours until the next day due to being busy BUT they were the only company out of 6 companies I called that told me how busy they were, called me back to apologize, and let me know they would be a backup just in case I couldn't find anyone (I didn't but at least one company calls back!). Every other company kept me in the dark and didn't bother to call me the next day. Emergencies happen and companies get busy, even though they couldn't help me last night, they were very solid on customer service and kept me in the loop which is more than the 5 other companies I dealt with. Clearview and John were great.

I’ve been very happy with my experience with Clearview over the last two years. They have serviced my boiler on several occasions. John is excellent! Their scheduling process could be a bit smoother, but their work is top of the line.

We recently had a site visit for a camera inspection of our sewer line, and the entire experience was excellent. The technician, John F., arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to clearly explain the process. He also provided us with several repair options, which helped us understand our choices and make an informed decision. Overall, the service was efficient, transparent, and informative. I would highly recommend Clear View Services to anyone looking for a clear and accurate assessment of their sewer system.
