I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service this team provides. From the reminder calls to the way they communicate, you can tell they actually care about their customers and not just the transaction… and that matters a lot these days. They’re patient and understanding if you need a little extra time, and they treat your belongings with respect. The quality of work shows in the finished result, and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find businesses that still operate with this kind of professionalism and customer care. I truly value what they do, and I’m grateful for the help they provided. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience!!! Dress looks fabulous! They were not pushy about me picking it up right away and let me come on my time as I am out of town. They even let me know that I had a $100 bill in the pocket! Great people!

What can be said? Extremely professional staff. Very clean environment. Thank you so much for treating my wedding gown like your own. Great advice on how to keep it pristine when I left as well. 5 star!

This review is long past due - and is based on Shanza M -with altered gown. 10 gold stars Bought daughter grad dress and was recommended to go to classic cleaners. The process was easy to get alterations set up - but give yourself the allotted time frame to get alterations done. Room was so clean which considering the glitter on these grad dresses was amazing! Now to Shanza- the dress need to be taken in and hemmed, she made suggestions to which she’s the expert and we went with them all. First appointment went well. But the second appointment- after only a short bit of standing and getting the dress pinned my daughter almost fainted and Shanza was like a super hero basically catching her in her arms. We sat my daughter down and gave her a few mins and she was given a cold bottle of water. We attempted a second shot but my daughter just couldn’t manage - but in hero fashion Shanza just knew what to do and we ended the session. But when we came back for the final fitting the dress was perfect. Even though we couldn’t do the whole appointment the dress was altered exactly how we needed it- pure magic. , If you want a seamstress/ superhero this is who I’d highly highly recommend!
