If you are looking for a veterinary team that treats your pets like their own, City Centre is the place for you. My partner and I are extremely particular about who we let treat our animals and I cannot imagine a better team than this one. Dr. Kim and Dr. Dave consistently go the extra mile, dig deeper, communicate thoroughly and genuinely love every animal they encounter. As soon as you walk in the door the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable from the chalk board with your pet's name on it, to laying the ground with your pets to offer them treats. It is truly disappointing when folks get jobs where their compassion and understanding is essential but completely lacks; you will not find that at City Centre. I truly believe that each person on their team was meant to work in this industry.

New I appreciate your response however, I will let you know that I was spoken to in a very rude manner. I have multiple witnesses to back my account because the phone call was made at my place of work. Multiple people could not believe the rude manner and tone which I was spoken to when just trying to ask questions. I did get upset after repeatedly trying to explain my confusion and getting shut down and belittled, and yes, the medication‘s and onesie were discounted. However declined, I sought veterinary advice from someone else and with one application of an ointment the wound was almost fully healed over night and is fully healed already. So instead of spending almost $100 I spent $15 and got better results than I would have. As I have said before all other staff I have dealt with there are absolutely amazing but many people heard how I was spoken to, and were absolutely astounded that someone in such a professional role could speak to a client in such a manner. I am not usually the type to leave reviews or get frustrated with these types of situations. I would have been more than happy to pay. However, the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. So please before you make a judgment, maybe hear both sides of the story or reach out to me yourself instead of just defending miss treatment of your clients due to it being in your business. As I stated multiple times before (I am not trying to “bash the business”), all other staff members were absolutely amazing and the whole reason that I wanted to stay with your vet clinic, even though I live in Vernon was because of Eve and her treatment of Bailey. However, I did feel the need to warn people of the way I was spoken to because it was by no means okay. I understand most people may not have the same experience, but even one of these experiences should not be happening. I adopted my dog through the SPCA and had concerns after her spay so I brought her in for a check up. All seemed to have went well I was given minor recommendations however later learned that because Dr. Kim was not getting paid for the visit because they had to cover it due to it having been to do with the spay through the SPCA. She was extremely rude belittling and did not deal with the issue in that moment. It later got infected and I brought her back and she tried to charge me for the medication’s and blame me saying that it was my fault for her getting infected however, I was not informed of any sort of possibility of that small little bump becoming an open wound and my dog had not been licking it until it opened. I also checked with a different vet and they as well confirmed that it was not fault of the owner or aftercare and should have been dealt with by Dr. Kim much sooner when I brought her in the first tim.I spoke to that same vet and got a better treatment instead of the antibiotics doctor Kim prescribed. She then went as far as to judge my care of my animal in my animals veterinary reports that I had requested so that I can transfer to a different veterinary clinic. The rest of the staff there is absolutely amazing especially Eve, but Dr. Kim is horrible would not recommend her unless you’re paying her she treats you like garbage.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Kim and it was definitely the best thing I did for my precious cat. After reviewing X-rays sent from my previous vet it turns out she was grossly misdiagnosed. I wish I had known about this clinic in the past. Dr Kim is a Godsend, spending so much time going over every detail with my cat, never feeling rushed. Her recommendations have already made a difference in how my cat is feeling. I am beyond grateful!!! I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

My dog loves all the staff here, and so do I! They're a great people: professional, caring, and friendly! I've checked out a few other clinics and I've seen other clinics' staff in action with friends' dogs. City Centre has been way better than any other vet clinic in town! Thanks for helping me take care of my best friend

I cannot say enough wonderful things about City Centre and their amazing team! Dr Kim is heaven sent…I swear :) She always finds time to fit us in and her love, commitment and expertise shines bright! Let’s not forget how much she and her husband Dr Dave do for our community and all the work they do with the dog rescues. I feel blessed to have them watching over my rescue EB, keeping her happy and healthy (she’s not always easy) If I could, I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ Thank you so all your love and hard work!
