Huge thank you to Ciel Nails & Spa! I brought my girlfriend here before popping the question, and they absolutely nailed it (literally 😄). Her nails looked gorgeous and were perfect for our engagement photos. Couldn’t have asked for better service

Great nail salon! Staff are friendly, accommodating and detail oriented. They go the extra mile to make sure you love your nails. Anna does an amazing job and always slays! Highly recommend.

I used to frequent this salon. After taking a year off, I returned for a manicure and was disappointed with how much the experience has changed. It appears that there has been significant staff turnover, and the level of service is not what it used to be. During my appointment, I mentioned to the technician politely that the gel application was uneven and thick as you can see in the picture. Rather than receiving the feedback professionally, it was responded with noticeable frustration, including huffing and showing visible shortness and attitude. It made the experience unpleasant, and so I let the tech do her thing to finish as she pleases, since there was no point of changing her already self made mind. Given the decline in service and the unprofessional response to a simple and fair concern, I will not be returning. This used to be a reliable place, but unfortunately the experience no longer reflects that.

Mia always does an amazing job on my nails! She’s super fast but still so precise… my refill is always done perfectly within 45 minutes. I never leave disappointed. Highly recommend her if you want beautiful nails and efficient service!

This was my third visit to Ciel and I had manicure/pedicure combo. Previously I had been very impressed with Shellac manicure from Mia 😊 Today I had a different provider with an excellent rating hoping that it would be a great experience. Overall the pedicure was relaxing and everything started off good. Unfortunately it wasn’t satisfactory towards the end for few reasons. The whole process took 2 hrs including drying, which was a lot longer than I expected since the mani was followed only after the pedi was done. Also the mani was done on the pedi chair with the lady standing, and felt a bit rushed / not as carefully done. I found a few missed spots on the side of the nail and asked for adjustment. After I got home I noticed the ends were not capped properly, and it seems like it won’t last even a week 🥲 Even when I do it myself at home, it takes a few days to even show some wear at the tip. I was just moved to the drying station by another lady where I had to stay for quite a long time uncomfortably. No offer for lotion or anything at the end. Mia was really lovely, attentive and had attention to detail. Today fell short of my expectation from a highly rated provider!
