These guys were absolutely AMAZING!!! My alternator bit the dust at about 10:45 in the morning and after getting extremely high quotes for the diagnostic’s and repairs I decided to source the parts retail and try my hand at the repair myself. These guys were highly recommended at the place I got the parts quote. And I gave them a call expecting another high quote. They got me in right away did the diagnostic test for free. Quoted me a very reasonable price on the spot and had the part there within 20 minutes. My alternator was repaired right away and after a good charge on my battery I was out the door within an hour ish. They took the time to explain what was needed and took the time to explain again when my sleep deprived brain didn’t absorb the details the first time around. I will recommend these guys to anyone that needs these services every time, and have plans to go back when my battery and serpentine belt need replacing.

Super appreciate them being able to fit me in to run diagnostics on my battery and providing trustworthy advice by reviewing the results in detail. They also had a replacement on hand at a competitive price!

Got the diagnostic done pretty quickly and when it came time to talk about it, they were clear about what the vehicle needed and Got the job done with no trouble, Great service, nice environment, friendly people and fair pricing. Id definitely recommend this place!

These guys were recommended to me by my awesome neighbor. Excellent service! Everyone I dealt with was kind, helpful, and patient with my questions. :) After getting the runaround and spending money at the Toyota dealership (who even suggested I'll need to replace my 2011 RAV4), Choice Auto actually fixed the issue. No regrets—highly recommend! They seem busy, but for good reason and the good work they do. Thank you Choice Auto, the weight of my car stress was removed :)

Choice Auto came to my rescue today. Fit me in right away. Talked to me throughout the diagnostic process. Fixed my vehicle within 30 minutes of my visit. Price was very fair. Highly recommend this company for friendly, informative client service and knowledgeable staff!
