I had a great experience at Chinook Smiles. The staff were very attentive and professional, and the whole visit felt smooth and comfortable. The clinic itself is very clean and has a relaxing environment. Dr. Xu was especially kind and patient. She took the time to explain everything clearly and gave very professional and thoughtful advice, which made me feel confident and well cared for. The location is also very convenient—it’s on the 4th floor of Chinook Mall, easy to find, and parking is very convenient. Overall, the service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable dental experience.

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now and they always do a fantastic job. All the hygienists and dentists I’ve interacted with have been pleasant and never pushy about advising certain procedures. I’m always given a choice which I really appreciate. I can’t foresee going anywhere else for dental care!

I had a really great experience at this dental clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The hygienist named Ricardo, took time to explain everything clearly and was very gentle throughout the treatment. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well organized. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.

My experience in your clinic is always wonderful. From your receptionist Show to Rico, my hygienist. Show explained to me on what service I'm getting according to my dental plan from the government. Rico did a wonderful job doing my teeth and give me tips on how I can preserve my remaining teeth. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service I got from your clinic. I can’t say enough good things about Chinook Smiles Dental. The entire team — from the front desk staff Wang Xiao, to Dr. Chloe Xu, her assistant, and the hygienist — is welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Chloe is amazing. She made me feel calm and comfortable throughout my treatment and completely changed my fear of tooth extractions. The procedure was smooth, and her aftercare advice was clear, practical, and extremely helpful.
