Went on my birthday (Saturday) to get a little treat for myself. They had a sign that stated 10% off on birthdays with photo ID as proof that I only saw after the manicure was done. When I asked the older male staff upon check out if I can get the birthday discount, he said “on Mondays only”. I guess its your lucky day if your birthday is on a monday this year! Beware of false advertising. Edit: in their reply, they are claiming i didnt get any service done & left after asking for a discount and not getting the price I want but here is my receipt 💅 I tipped even after I didnt get the discount because the ladies who did my nails were nice enough. Downgraded to 1 star for lying!

“I got my nails done yesterday by Ms. Sandy💅 and I really, really loved them! She did cat-eye nails and they look absolutely beautiful. The shine and design are perfect. She was so kind and patient and made sure I was happy. I’m in love with my nails and will definitely come back to her again. Thank you so much, Ms. Sandy!” 💕✨

I have had many pedicures done this was the first in this salon, by far is the worst service ever. The tech rushed through there two others were there and started before me and I was done before either of them and I paid the same as they both did. I paid for service I didn’t receive. And I had her cut the side of my toe open to top it off. Absolutely horrible service! As I stated the lady that came in with me had the exact same pedicure and was close to half hour longer. So not a different pedicure given! Also if she hadn’t rushed perhaps she would not have cut the side of my toes open!

The first red flag was getting charged taxes when i bought a gift certificate. I didnt realize until afterward, when a customer asks for a certain amount for gift card, thats what they pay, you dont add tax to it! I took my daughter to use said gift certificate and opted to get the kids mani pedi combo with shellac and when I went to pay they argued that the kids mani pedi is for 7 and under even though it says on here and at the store its 10 and under (my daughter is barely 9) I had to argue and they did lower it $10. And the thing about attempting to charge my daughter adult pricing is they definitely didnt spend an hour on the pedi or manicure as it states, they spent the child amount on time on her. Also, its only been a few hours and her shellac polish has chipped.

Had my nails done here for the first time and it was an amazing experience. Nancy went above and beyond my expectations and the price was amazing with the cat eye and design. My new official go-to spot to get my nails done! Nancy was so friendly and we had such a good conversation that the time just flew by! Thank you guys!❤️
