very grateful for all the bad reviewers. i did not go here and will not go here ever until they fix their terrible quality car wash. this is just a thank you to all the negative reviews.

Great experience from start to finish! The staff were friendly, efficient, and took real care with my car. It came out spotless — inside and out — with the windows crystal clear and the tires looking brand new. The pricing was fair for the quality of work. I’ll definitely be coming back for regular washes.

The other reviewers are correct. In my case, only the top three quarters of my car was cleaned properly. Chevron should close the car wash until it is working correctly instead of charging customers for a sub par service.

Wash is average, still leaves spots not cleaned. $20 for the ultimate program, too expensive for the result! I can spend the same amount and wash the car myself. Very disappointed. Reading the other reviews, management is not improving the experience but only increase prices. Not recommend

I recently visited this store for a premium touchless car wash after being told by a staff member that they had a brand-new touchless machine, as the store had just opened. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. During the wash, the blower system malfunctioned and stopped working halfway through, leaving my car covered in water spots and not properly cleaned. I spoke to a staff member to ask if the blower could be restarted, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. I had no choice but to leave without the problem being addressed, despite paying for the premium service. I didn’t want my money back—I simply wanted my car to be properly cleaned, which is why I chose the premium touchless wash. I hope they take this issue seriously and find a solution, as customers are paying for a premium service and deserve a quality experience. If equipment malfunctions like this continue, they need to take action to resolve them, not just say “we can’t do anything.” It’s important for businesses to be proactive about fixing such issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
