We called Chem-Dry to deal with a small spill/stain removal. They arrived when promised and Carson was very personable and made a first try. They called us back the next day to see how it was and when we told them it didn’t fully resolve they returned again when promised and looked after it. They called again the next day to check and we were satisfied. We are very pleased with their desire for customer satisfaction. We would highly recommend them to others!

Chem dry recently completed some carpet cleaning for us. We were happy with the experience and punctuality. Dawson did a good job and was patient with my kids as they were very interested in what he was doing! Brenden showed up on time and went straight to work. He explained what he was going to do. The carpet he cleaned was old and had set stains from when I bought the house. Having pets, the carpet is well travelled and with pets accidents have happened. You think you clean them but it is not the same as to when professionals do it. I also opted for the PURT treatment which hugely helped. The basement is smelling fresh, the carpet looks and feels clean on your bare feet. It was a huge improvement. Brenden also said if any stains pop back out to call and someone will come to touch them up. Customer service was excellent. Thanks ChemDry and thank you Brenden! 👍🏽
