I booked my daughter (8) in to see Chris (who has done an amazing job on my hair before). Something to know about my daughter’s hair is that it is difficult, we have struggled to maintain her hair and she often makes comments about her hair being “ugly”. Chris took the time to listen to both me and my daughter, he looked at her pictures and explained what he was going to do to help. She wanted to keep majority of her length so he added layers to get rid of any damage, she wanted bangs, so he gave her bangs that suited her face. We told him we would do anything he said, he didn’t try to sell us a million products, instead he looked at our products we were using at home and told us how to use them so they worked better. He did all of this without the slightest bit of annoyance. He was patient, kind and very skilled. When I tell you I haven’t seen my daughter smile the way she did in his chair please believe me. I asked her if she liked her hair, she said “I love it mom, it’s beautiful!” And that’s all I could ever ask for.

Normally dont care to leave reviews, but honestly never walked into a chatters and been super annoyed. 5 to 6 girls standing at the till talking about their gossip. My daughter and I walked in said hello, we were not greeted back. We continued to look for the product we needed as they continued to their gossip. Not one of the girls asked if they could help or if we needed it. I ended up walking out and going else where. Not even a have a good day or goodbye. Do better

I asked for a butterfly haircut and clearly mentioned that I did not want my length to be compromised. Unfortunately, the result was a very uneven and choppy haircut. I had good length and volume before, and now I’m left with very little hair and no proper shape. What made the experience worse was the lack of basic care — my hair was not washed either before or after the haircut. There was no attention to detail, no consultation during the process, and no concern for what I had requested. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I regret coming here and will not be returning.

So Disappointed with this place. First picture is what I wanted and the second is what I got after 4 hours spent in the salon. Went there last week showed them the picture of what I want and specifically mentioned I don’t want to end up with red hair and the woman on the reception there promised me that it’s more than possible to get this result and after 4 hours being there I left with red hair. They did see that’s not what I asked for but didn’t say a word when I was leaving. Complete disappointment cause now I have to look for a different person to fix this and pay extra for it.

Very much enjoy coming here, great staff, clean, welcoming environment. I get my hair cut by Taylor B. She does a perfect job everytime. :)

I brought my daughter in for a cut to her shoulder blades simple enough. I had to show him 3 different times where to cut. He didn’t wet her hair at all, complete dry cut. Her hair was wavey , he didn’t wet it to straighten it like has been done here before. It was a horrible cut. He would ask me if this was ok that was okay. I told him he’s the hairdresser he should know . When he said he was done, I looked at it, the back was cut to where I asked, but the sides went way down. When I mentioned it wasn’t straight he pulled the hair back and was like see ? It’s straigh. But yet when her hair was down. The sides would slope down. I said you know what ? Whatever. She was fine with it so we paid and left. We won’t be going back to him.
