I had such an amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The place is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Ivy did my nails and she absolutely nailed it — the exact tone I wanted, the perfect shape, everything was just right. She truly listened to what I asked for and delivered flawlessly. The gentleman at the front desk was also extremely kind and attentive, making sure everything felt smooth and comfortable throughout my visit. My pedicure was fantastic, and the massage at the end was absolutely divine. The service was exceptional, the ambiance was wonderful, and the attention to detail really stands out. Highly recommend — 10/10! ✨💅

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was first introduced to Charm Boutique when my friend Laura hosted an event there, and we received a free 10–15 minute facial. I was in absolute awe! As soon as they touch your face, you know it’s going to be great! I loved it so much that I bought the 75-minute facial for my daughter and myself for Christmas, and we finally used it today — OMG!! We literally walked out on cloud nine. My sister is an aesthetician, so I’m used to great facials, but this experience was truly next level. From the moment you walk in the door — the welcoming atmosphere, amazing coffee — to the facial itself… absolutely incredible. The team is wonderful, genuinely kind, and consistently friendly. I’ve been there twice now, and both experiences were nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend Charm Boutique if you’re looking for an exceptional facial and an unforgettable experience. ✨✨✨

My husband and I had a great head spa treatment with Dan, he is a great technitian with golden hand. We had a long drive to Kelowna and a very anxiety doctor appointment before came to Charm, Dan service helped us to totally relax and release all of our stress. The head spa is the service that not only massage your scalp but also facial massage, neck massage, the sound of water running, of the music and Dan’s hand flowing on my face, head and shoulder actually made me fall to sleep, calm down the nervous system. I was suprised that Cham offeres a lot of different service, a lot to choose. Highly recommend. *photos took under discussion and permission!

I love this spa. Everyone that works there is so nice and professional, and they make you feel like family! Dan and Ivy did a kick ass job on my mani pedi today. With a wide variety of fall inspired colours, it wasn’t an easy decision but going to this spa was! Sunny as always does THE BEST lashes around. She’s fast, they last and I always get so many compliments on how natural they look. Makes my life so much easier with littles at home, to look like I’ve made an effort on myself before leaving the house on those rushed mornings. The new spa location is beautiful inside and you don’t need to go into the depths of Kelowna to get there. Lastly, their prices can’t be beat. What more could you ask for!?

I took my best friend here for her birthday and we got the hair spa treatment with facials and message! It was absolutely amazing! The experience was top tier. The workers were so sweet and professional. I highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back.
