Amazing service from these guys. Right from the original phone call to the technician that came out to repair my furnace. I live out of town and my furnace had stopped working, they had some out there with in hours and had my furnace back up and running without any hassle.

I have just moved here from Vancouver, BC. I bought a home with a rented, yes, rented a hot water tank in it... I went to Certified Plumbing and Heating... We had a wonderful chat about hot water tanks in Regina... We talk about the water and why people rent hot water tanks here. Certified Plumbing & Heating went on to share with about the makeup of the water in Regina. We talk about a plastic hot water tank... I said,'What plastic hot water tank'... I bought it and I just love it 10 warranty with it. Been that I am new to Regina, I have had many questions, my furnace and air conditioner, with each phone, they have taken the time to answer all my crazy question, leaving feeling confident and a greater understanding of my Heating and air conditioning systems. Had a water heater fail, Levi and the staff at Certified was able to have a replacement under warranty within an hour of me calling and installed shortly after, on New Years Eve of all days! They really went above and beyond my expectations, very professional people and company.

Upfront, honest and prompt service from these guys on an A/C freon recharge, at a reasonable cost. Very pleasant on the phone to deal with, and unlike other competitors, did not give the run-around of doing a dozen or more tests when we had already narrowed down the problem. The tech onsite, who was also very personable, also recommended a few other fixes we could do ourselves to make our HVAC more efficient and save money over hiring others to do them. Highly recommend.
