We had Certified Electric install power to our hot tub approximately 1 year ago. Throughout the entire process, I had to follow up with William multiple times in an effort to get him to start the installation, and then to finish the installation and then to get the permit completed. We did finally end up with a permitted electrical installation, though the inspector specifically called out that the hot tub should not be the appliance losing power if the load miser turns off. Since this, we have had to have another electrician correct the issue, so that should anything happen to the loads, our hot tub is not what loses power, consequently freezing in winter. Additionally, it's important to know that William himself is not the journeyman who pulls the permits, which is something I didn't know when having the electrical installed. We finally had a permitted installation months after it was scheduled (supposed to be done in September, wasn't permitted until January).

Was looking to get an old hot tub repaired. Called William for an estimate and decided to update instead! After shopping around with pushy salesman, I contacted William again. With no pressure, he supplied us with a new to us refurbished up to date Hottub! He is very knowledgeable and taught us a few things! He service was very professional, and took the time to explain things! I would highly recommend this honest guy and will be sure to use him again if need be! We are now new owners of a beautiful like new hot tub at a fraction of the cost!! Thanks will

Will helped my wife and I out when we moved into a place in St-Albert. We initially got his help with installing AC and load minder as our service was going to be exceeding the 100 amp service we had with the addition of the AC. He was able to find a cost effective solution that was approved by by the city of St. Albert (not an easy task at times). Once this was done and approved he was able to bring the electrical on the existing hot tub up to a safe standard for a very reasonable price. Will is fair and knowledgeable. I trust him with what needs to be done. I will be using him for any electrical needs in the future.

William has always gone beyond the minimum and exceeded expectations didplaying consistent caring and competence. He can be a jack of all trades and a master at them (vs none). I am not handy, but he and is company come in handy. He has lent me a hot tub for my difficult cancer journey. I was a stranger, but now he is a friend or brother I never had. He has trouble shooted any problem with the tub often not or undercharging. He has dealt with other electrical issues in our home. I trust him, value the work even if requiring persistence to solve hard problems, the fair costs. So I recommend his person, work, company in relation to electrical and hot tub needs.

William is professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix my hot tub in a timely and cost effective manner when other companies were unable too. In a world where companies seem to be more focused on making money and don’t seem to care about providing customer service, William is the absolute opposite of this. His dedication to completing the job correctly while saving me money and making sure I was 100% happy with the completed product was refreshing to say the least.
