Kordell and his team, gave us a quote and timeframe. The painters got to work and were professional. They did a great job overall. Unfortunately, the paint that was used on the doors began to peal off almost immediately. Kordell, promised to come come review the areas for touching up, scheduled a day, but never showed. Months of reaching out have resulted in no responses. Very disappointed. I would not recommend using CertaPro painters.

I tried on two separate occasions to get an estimate for a smaller job to repair and repaint. I was lied to and told that I would receive an estimate after each occasion, both after an in person estimate and over the phone. If you do not want to do the job, just say so. Lying and making false claims to avoid a job is unprofessional.

We reached out to this company for an estimate on getting our ceiling fixed. So Kordell Prout came to our house took a look and said it would be an easy job. Made small talk and left saying he would get back to us with an estimate. He never got back to us. Wouldn’t respond to emails, texts, etc. We then called the business directly and we were patched through to him. He bumbled through some polite excuses and once again said he’d get back to us with an estimate. And once again did not. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behaviour. I saw another review on here that was similar. If you don’t want the job or can’t do it find a better and more professional way to handle it.

Kordell and his team painted our full main and upper level of our home. They, along with the results, were amazing! They were fast and efficient, and their attention to detail was honestly impressive! They did all of this while accommodating our very tight schedule demands! We will be going with them for any future paint projects!

Kordel and CertaPro Painters recently refinished my deck and made it look new again! They did a great job sanding and prepping and did a great job staining. They also painted my house a few years ago and it still looks great. Their pricing is competitive and their quality is first rate. I highly recommend them.
