I would like to express my upmost gratitude for this clinic. My 3 month old kitten recently got into a toxic plant. He was having diarrhea and vomiting all day. Extremely worried we rushed him to the hospital on Saturday. Regardless of how busy all the staff were that night, they made sure to attend to him as fast as possible. We got the sad news that he would have to be hospitalized for a couple of days. However, the vet techs were all so caring and lovely to him that it eased my worry. They are all so attentive that I knew he was in good hands. A big appreciation to Dr.Anthony, he kindly explained the medication and treatment needed for my kitten. He communicated and reassured us throughout the visit which really calmed our nerves. I have been to other animal clinics and I can confirm this one is THE most fairly priced. They are very considerate of your financial situation, and you can tell their MAIN priority is your animals health. Overall I cannot express how grateful I am for the team at Century Park Hospital. They manage their emergencies with grace. All the staff are wonderful. I will always come back and recommend this hospital.

I brought my cat into Century Park Animal Hospital because I was concerned for her health as she had stopped eating. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff at the front desk were friendly and kind, and it was clear that everyone there genuinely loves animals. The veterinarian, Dr. Anthony, truly listened to my concerns with compassion. He took the time to understand not only what was going on with my cat medically, but also what I wanted for her care. I really appreciated being included in the decision-making process. He offered several different options for her treatment, carefully explaining the pros and cons of each so I could make an informed choice that felt right for both my cat and my budget. The explanations were thorough and easy to understand. Every step, from diagnostic recommendations to treatment plans and costs, was discussed with transparency. That level of honesty and openness gave me a lot of confidence in the care my cat was receiving. The entire team was compassionate and supportive throughout our visit. They handled my cat gently and respectfully, which made a stressful situation much easier. You can tell that providing high-quality care is a true priority for them. On top of that, I found their pricing to be very reasonable, especially considering the level of attention, expertise, and service we received. I’m so grateful to have found a veterinary clinic that combines medical excellence with genuine compassion, with the added bonus of being right next to the LRT. I highly recommend Century Park Animal Hospital to anyone looking for thoughtful, empathetic, and high-quality care for their pets. My cat is in great hands here.

I cannot say enough good things about this emergency vet clinic. This past month has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life as a first-time pet owner, navigating my cat’s PU ( perineal urethrostomy) surgery and recovery. From the very beginning, the entire team has been incredibly supportive, patient, and kind. My boy Sushi is only a year and a half and as a university student, it is an extremely scary situation to see your cat unable to release any urine. I went to Dr Anthony and found out he had a crystal block in his urinary tract. Dr was clear about the process and the possible outcomes. Every single time I’ve called with a new concern or question (and there have been many), someone has taken the time to listen, reassure me, and provide prompt, thoughtful answers. Their compassion has made such a difference during an overwhelming time. Doctor Anthony, in particular, has been amazing. His knowledge, calm demeanour, and genuine care for both my cat and me helped me feel more confident every step of the way. Thanks to him and everyone in the office, we are almost through this difficult chapter, and I truly don’t know how I would have managed without their support. If you’re ever in a stressful or scary situation with your pet, I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough. They treat you with empathy, respect, and exceptional care when you need it most. And even when your kitty is a little sassy, they understand how stressful this stuff can be for a kitten and have reassured me that they can see he is kind, just put in an nervwracking, but necessary situation.

Your gentle hands, kind hearts, and unwavering dedication made an incredibly difficult time a little easier for our family. Mickey was more than a pet Mickey brought so much joy, mischief, and love into our lives, and knowing he was cared for so gently until the very end brings us comfort. We will always remember your kindness and the difference you made in his life. he was a cherished member of our family — and we are so grateful he was surrounded by people who treated him with such love and respect. Thank you for looking after him, comforting him, and supporting us until the very end. Your kindness will always be remembered and appreciated.

Thank you all so much for saving my best boy Dorrito! I was such a mess the night that I took my little guy in, I had called prior to make sure I could come in and get my guy help right away and they were quick, diligent and compassionate. This vet understands emergencies can happen at any given time and that’s why I love that their doors are open for walk-in until 2am. And I’m sure if you called after that time they would still open their doors to you. I was so scared thinking I’d be going home alone or that he potentially could have another re-blockage. But after 2 weeks of cat pee all over me and late nights with medication administration… I am happy and blessed to say I HAVE MY CAT BACK! ❤️You guys have all really truly blessed my home with ALL the help you guys provided that night and with the follow up phone calls checking in. We are both very grateful for all of the hardworking technicians and doctors there that dedicate their time to helping those in need. Thank you all for the amazing support through that very scary time ❤️ Dorrito is back to his comical self and has been handing out high fives for treats from everyone! His little “big” sister can see he’s feeling better and wants to start playing but we will hold off on that for a while yet 😂
