I went here to take advantage of my government dental plan.and LAPOINTE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THAT PLAN. Overcharging me right away INFLATING THE CHARGES FOR THE SERVICE I REQUIRED First of all they lied to me and now I am stuck with some 2400$ bill WHICH I WILL NEVER PAY TAKE ME TO COURT FEEL FREE.. Lapointe dental cheated me and the government of Canada and I still do not have teeth. Really after all of that including that 2400$ ridiculous bill I STILL HAVE NO TEETH AT ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS

I had an extremely negative experience at this dental office. I came in for one specific filling, which I made very clear from the start. During the exam, they told me I needed multiple fillings, but I repeated several times that I only wanted one filling. Even right before the procedure, I again said one filling only. Despite that, at the follow-up appointment they proceeded to work on more than one filling, completely against what I had agreed to. This made me feel ignored and disrespected. To make matters worse, the dentist was chatting with the assistant while doing my treatment, barely paying attention to what she was doing. It felt unprofessional, careless, and made the entire experience extremely stressful. Overall, I left feeling upset, unheard, and dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone.

My experience here was good and I will definitely be back. My dental hygienist, Caroline, not only took care of me but also walked me through and thoroughly explained my dental x-rays and what exactly they look for visually. Which I found very informative and enjoyed knowing more of what they were doing. Everything seemed to be personalized, attentive, and honest. Thank you so much :)

I had an amazing experience with Caroline, the hygienist. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and put me at ease. She was professional and took great care to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Caroline really made the experience enjoyable and fun. I truly appreciated how thorough she was and how much she cared about my well-being. I can’t wait to come back she’s the best!
