My dog was referred for an ultrasound by this clinic. He was diagnosed with 2 types of cancer in early October. The clinic received the results and have never contacted me. Never followed up to see how my dog is doing. Never suggested any supplements. They have just ignored me and now it's January. Pretty poor treatment of an existing client. I can't recommend this vet. No phone call to check on my dog. After 4 months they sent an email.

My cat has diabetes, I had been seeing another vet for him and his condition. I was not feeling confident about the support my cat was getting and for his and my benefit I decided to get a second opinion. I’m glad I did. I’m feeling more confident for my cat again, Dr. Mahsa, seems to recognize what may be needed and possible options to ensure my boy is getting what he needs to maintain his diabetes and to stay with me given his health and it’s limitations with diabetes. He’s only 12 and I don’t want to lose him, before I was feeling I might. Now I feel hopeful again

My dog got sick suddenly with diabetes. I brought him to the vet as soon as he had symptoms. I followed every suggestion and tests they threw at me and spent probably over 2 grand in total in just 5 months including a hospital bill because they wouldn't see him, and turned out he wasn't hypoglycemic at all like they were saying (which if they just saw him, would have saved us time and money and stress for my dog). When I struggled to pay for a specific test, very expensive, a specific technician said "everyone wants my dog in good company" and suggested rehoming. That was not the first time this technician spoke very condescendingly about not only my dogs treatment but suggestive language whether I actually care about my dog. We had a vet over 7 years with no issues and moved here because of location. Never been spoken to like this. I called two other clinics to get better options to move forward. I was also told by a receptionist that their team would talk and reach out to me after I called back upset with the phone call from that technician. They never did. Huge lack of empathy from a veterinary clinic for someone trying to take care of their pet with a difficult and expensive disease that came on very suddenly. If you go here, question their suggestions and get a second opinion.

The staff is very caring and kind. My kitten got neutered and microchipped here, and the staff made Comet feel very comfortable. And his healing is going great. And they were able to get my other kitty, Meteor, in asap after I called for his shots and a ripped nail. They answer all my first-time kitty mum questions. I definitely recommend them.

We have been going to Centre Street Veterinary clinic for many years. We love Dr. Gida, he is so good with animals. Our last 2 Springer spaniels have had significant health issues and Dr. Gida was always there for us. The techs and reception people are so fantastic. You feel like everyone there cares about your fur babies. They greet you when you come in and they give your dog some love too. I have never been in a clinic before where I felt like everyone really cared and it wasn’t just about the money!
