Had purchased a used tuck that had major issues. Dealership had it sent to four mechanics that they use and could never find and fix a clunk in the front end. Fantastic service, work was great, reasonably priced, and we got a thorough review of what was done, what to keep an eye on in the future. Before doing a test drive to confirm what knocking sound I was describing, I appreciated that he made a point to wash his hands before getting in the car. Feeling taken care of, happy I found my new mechanic.
