Very rude staff, i called their office April 25th to check on my refund and was advised its ready for pickup or can mail it out, so i requested to just mail it out. 2 weeks passed but no cheque received. Called them May 10th and spoke with the person who she said she's the one who issued the cheque and telling me that i have to wait up until early next week and if i dont get by end of tuesday, then she will issue me another check wednesday, tried to explain to her that i have to pay my card by tuesday but doesnt want to hear me out and raising her voice to me, then of course i have to raise mine too. Why wouldn't I? Then hung up on me. Called back and she's saying im the one yelling? Seriously??? Called them Monday to advise check still not in the mail, then again wait until tuesday. Come tuesday still nothing so i called them and was advised that check will be ready by 3:30, as the manager will be in at 3:30? I insisted to get it by noon or 1pm then put me on hold to check with the manager who isn't there, then they agreed. Picked up at 1pm and a letter was attached to it saying that "Due to verbal abuse" you are dismissed from the clinic... made me laugh... In addition, she also said that she knows when canada post delivers... tell me more about knowing how canada post do their job. Do better. The letter? Seriously? No need for that.. :)

We have had two children here for a number of years now for different orthodontics needs. The staff have always been friendly and very informative. Dr. Milos Lekic has been so wonderful to the kids and has provided nothing but great advice and service. I cant recommend this clinic enough.

Good luck trying to get ahold of someone. I left several messages and no one ever calls back. My billing was done incorrectly. Appointments were never on time, so you will be waiting double or triple what you should. I was just really blown away at how unprofessional it was trying to contact them over the phone.

Just had my daughter in for a checkup and X-rays. Great place. Everyone was friendly, she loved the sunglasses LOL and that she got to pick her fav show to watch! Will be visiting again. Covid guidelines were taken seriously and we felt safe visiting.

This clinic didn't provide any services when my child was in need after he chipped his two front teeth from a fall. They didn't even administer an X-ray... they offered to pull the two teeth out and shamed me for breastfeeding him (he was just over a year) Although we were very disappointed with the moments glance they gave our son, we paid for the examination on our debit when we left that day. Then months later we get charged an extra $60 because there was a confusion with their clinic & our insurance. They said their mistake caused the insurance company to send us the money instead of them (we didn't not receive anything from our insurance over this). So we paid this $60 so they would leave us alone about it, they made nearly $200 off of us for not even touching our child...let alone helping him in a time of need. They never cared about the outcome of our child's teeth or asked once about his well-being , gladly we soon went to a different Pediatric dentist who repaired the teeth easily during the first visit with a mild oral sedation and he hasn't had any issues for over a year, with beautiful healthy front teeth. But sadly that wasn't any concern of CWD!
