I was referred to CBI for a secondary/tertiary program after an accident. When I first started, I was in quite a bit of pain after an accident, and very skeptical—especially about chiropractic care, and anything involving my neck. Dr. Mike completely changed that. He is Ahh-mazing!! He took the time to explain everything, never rushed, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout. He earned my trust quickly, and the results speak for themselves. Mohammad, the PT definitely beats you up a bit!!! But this guy knows what works instantly and what works for longer term.. he works with what you/your body can take.. He can be tough and really pushes you, but trust him, he knows exactly what he’s doing. It’s hard work, but the improvement I’ve seen proves how effective his treatment is. Nicole has been great and very supportive throughout my recovery, showing me the right form for various exercises. Judee and Lindsay at reception are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Chosen because we followed our chiropractor, Dr. Truong. He is fantastic! Personable and efficient with his time. Sometimes running behind but in fairness my appointments are always end of day. Reception is friendly, remembers your face and makes an effort to make you feel comfortable. Clean office, organized.

The staff here are amazing! The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and friendly. It feels like a very warm and welcoming community! The program they provided me has been very helpful and supportive for a full recovery. Staff are super understanding and always there to help and give solutions! I have had a very very positive experience coming here from primary level care. PT, Kinesiologist, receptionists and psychologist are amazing!

I had an outstanding experience at CBI Health. I came in with severe back pain, and I’m happy to say that I am now totally recovered thanks to their exceptional care. A special shoutout to Bhumika, who is truly the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring physiotherapist I have ever met. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and tailored a treatment plan that worked perfectly for me. The front desk team is also incredibly welcoming and friendly. Every visit felt smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Overall, I am highly impressed and extremely satisfied with the service I received. I would definitely recommend CBI Health to anyone seeking quality care and genuine support.

Genuinely one of the best services. The lady at the front desk with glasses is so friendly and makes sure you have all the documents you need. I really appreciate Bhumi (I hope I’m spelling that right) and Mike for the amazing client care. This was one of my first times at physio, and they’ve made such a warm and friendly environment. Keep up the great work guys!!
