I had a very positive experience with my physiotherapist ,Moe(Mohammed) Ahmed. He is professional, supportive, and encouraging throughout my recovery. Shae is our family's physiotherapist. She is great with both adults and children; she is very kind and has a sunny personality so it's not a drag to go see her. My daughter saw Shae last year after being diagnosed with costochondritis. Shae was amazing at helping her with stretches to help, and letting us know what to avoid so the inflammation could heal. My husband has been seeing her for about 8 months for leg/ knee pain and the difference in his day to day life is amazing. Now, I have been seeing Shae for 4 months, for trap/neck/ shoulder tightness and pain. When it gets aggravated I can barely turn my head side to side. Shae has been a dream. She releases my muscles with both manual work and dry needling. If you haven't tried dry needling, you MUST. It releases my tight traps immediately. I've noticed some progress so am very excited. I highly recommend seeing Shae if you have any issues and need a physiotherapist. I love being able to find a female provider

Excellent physiotherapy service! I’m still undergoing treatment, and the support has been amazing. Shae Petrician is truly the best—knowledgeable, friendly, and always encouraging. Even though I’m not fully recovered yet, she continues to support me every step of the way. She responds quickly to emails, and the entire staff is professional and caring. Highly recommend!

I was coming here for just under a year for a torn ACL/MCL that required 2 surgeries. The staff (Harry and Heather) were remarkable, creating treatment plans and advocating with my WCB worker, and surgeons to ensure a proper, complete heal. I truly felt like I received the best care through this company and would highly recommend this place to others. The team was very knowledgeable, and personable, which made attending 2x a week for almost a year much more pleasant. I felt beyond confident knowing they were spearheading my recovery and plan to stick with this company for any other physio related needs. I highly recommend this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Moe at CBI Health. From the very first session, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and tailored the treatment plan to my needs, which made a big difference in my recovery. Mohammed was always patient, supportive, and motivating, and I truly felt that he cared about my progress,not just as a patient, but as a person. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, I’ve made great progress and feel much better moving forward. I highly recommend Moe to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist.
