Our 4 year old Frenchie is a patient here and the staff here do such an amazing job caring and treating for him that he wags his tail in excitement each time we visit. The love they give our Frenchie is the reason we continue to bring him here.

They take such great care of my Frank (pug) and always make time to answer my questions and address my concerns. The team is highly knowledgeable and genuinely caring. They consistently explain all treatment options and never push unnecessary treatments. Everyone is so friendly and nice; it shows they love what they do.

Kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. We switched from Properties Vet clinic in Temple to Castleridge Veterinary and we couldn't be happier!! Our two dogs took right away to the staff here, and so did we - the ladies are friendly and know what they're doing!! We were nervous to switch to a new vet, but we were pretty much instantly relieved when we met with them. We honestly couldn't believe the difference in care quality compared to our old vet. We actually feel like they genuinely care about our dogs and about us as customers ... which is not something we experienced at our old vet. Highly recommend :)

Amazing clinic and staff. Their hours are amazing. I initially became a customer purchasing vet diet food and then decided to try them as a patient with my senior cat. Amazing service. We will switch all our animals to Castleridge vet because of the kindness and customer service we received. Thank you doctor Knowler and staff!

I’ve been coming to Castleridge Veterinary Service for years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they provided throughout my dog’s life. Recently, my dog had some ongoing issues that required a lot of flexibility, including coordinating paperwork with the emergency pet hospital and adjusting appointments. The team was incredibly accommodating and made a difficult time much easier. After an initial scare and an ER trip, we were able to see our regular vet, who is always so compassionate. Although we ultimately lost our beloved dog, I’m truly grateful for the care and attention they gave us during that time. I trust Castleridge with our pets' care, and I will always be thankful for the love and dedication they show. Thank you, Castleridge, for everything.
