I had a very concerning experience with this business. When I attempted to discuss issues with a previous repair, the owner, Sheri, became visibly upset and unprofessional. During our interaction, she made personal remarks about my age and attempted to remove a duct-taped button her assistant had attached to my car using a razor blade. When I requested that a certified mechanic handle the matter instead, she ignored my request and continued working on the car until I had to physically intervene to prevent potential damage. The encounter was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to proceed carefully and ensure they are comfortable with the lack of professionalism before agreeing to any work here.

Can we talk about how awesome this location is? Victoria is a damaged car rockstar. She gives the best updates and advocates for the parts and service that you deserve. The repair team works efficiently and it was so nice to receive my vehicle in better shape than I left it after a full detail. Would recommend this shop over and over. I stopped in with questions about a mis-aligned rear door on my SUV. The woman at reception was very friendly and welcoming. She got her appraiser and she came right out to look at it. She scheduled an appointment for the following week with a tech. They were ready for me when I arrived at the appointment, took the vehicle right in and within an hour, called me and told me that the adjustment was complete, AND that there was no charge. Everyone there was very helpful and professional. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them.
