I recently had my vehicle backed into in a parking lot. These guys turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant experience. I am very impressed with their service! The entire process was smooth, Mike was great to deal with and kept me up to date on the repairs. I had my rear hatch, bumper, and some trim replaced. The work they did was flawless. It looks like brand-new. They even went the extra mile and cleaned the inside of my vehicle.. floor mats were spotless. I would use them again without a doubt. I thanked Mike after my work was done, and Brian messaged me to say thanks for trusting them with the repairs of my vehicle. What a terrific company!! They actually value their customers. Thank you again!

Just prior to Christmas, I had the unfortunate experience of having a driver back into my 2009 Toyota Camry (mileage just over 100,000 kilometers). Given the age of my vehicle, my fear was that even though the car was still in really good condition, the insurance company would just write it off. I chose to take my car to Carstar, 54 avenue, Red Deer location. Brian gave me a very fair estimate and advocated on my behalf for authorization to go ahead and repair my vehicle. He went the extra mile to explain the procedure, to keep me informed and to make the whole experience as stress free as possible. Thank you, Brian and to all the staff at Carstar who did such a great job repairing my vehicle it looks beautiful. I could not have made a better choice. Diana

The staff are very professional, very kind and answer all questions. They are very accommodating and very respectful and personable. They under promise and over surpass your expectations. They told me my car would be ready in 7-10 days and it was ready in 4! The workmanship was so very professional, it looks like it did brand new! They cleaned the inside and outside! Very, very pleased!

In early December I hit a Deer and damaged my front end. I was recommended Carstar as one of the collision repair shop I could choose. They were amazing from start to finish. I was delayed by 2 days getting my SUV to them, not a problem they were so accommodating. I pick my SUV up today and it looked brand new. And might I add they only had my vehicle just over a week. Their customer service and communication was impeccable. Your definitely in good hands with Carstar Red Deer. Thank you to the entire team.
