The staff here are always professional and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I’ve had great manicures and pedicures from Aman and Maria, hair styling (a must) from Sinead, and esthetic services from Katherine. Aman is also my husband’s favourite for pedicures.

What can I say this salon is the absolute best in the business After 27 hard years of varying salons hair dressers estheticians this is the only one I want to frequent and come back too The esthetician knows her stuff She did a great job fantastic actually and the products used are so light and so less evasive than a traditional strip and rip which hurts like hell (The rock salon in St.albert … HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOONE EVER GOES THERE AGAIN!) I cannot say how impressed I continue to be every visit this salon steps it up, not just in services offered but ambience and elegance.m, Professionalism, expertise, accommodating it never ends !!!! Offers drinks upon arrival and the comfort, it's easy atmosphere it never stops making the patrons feel welcome with warm inviting touches of professionalism and courteousness combined with skill and prestige unmatched in my 27 years of frequenting salons all over Alberta and Canada for that matter!

First pedicure here with Maria today- what a great professional treatment! Matua was quick and thorough with a lovely scrub and massage afterwards, better than I have had anywhere else in the past few years. This is a lovely spa - I will be back for a manicure, and a massage! I am really happy with my relaxed beautiful feet! Friendly professional staff, a real luxury!

Went for the first time and I will 100% be back. Shay was extremely professional. She was very kind and patient with me, asked questions about what my needs were. Explained what she thought would work best, made sure I felt comfortable and created a space where i felt at ease. She did a dermaplane and peel, basically like a brightening treatment to lift pigmentation and make the skin super smooth! And a week later, my skin looks beautiful and feels amazing! She did an amazing job of explaining after care and suggested products that I could use for the continued health of my skin. I really appreciate the care and effort from her. Plus the spa is absolutely gorgeous, I would definitely visit for other services.

Abby is a professional. The haircut she gave me was perfect. I had a very important meeting that day, and I had been on shift for a few weeks prior so I looked very unprofessional. I was able to walk into it with a lot of confidence thanks to her skill and attention to detail. Highly recommend her!

I called the Carrie’l Salon & Spa this morning. I needed a blow out for a wedding I was attending today. I was booked for 10:30 am with Sinead. I got a nice hair wash and Sinead got to work. She took the time to ask me how I wanted my hair to look and then she got to work. When she turned me around in the chair, I was so pleased with the way she styled my hair. I give Sinead five stars because she is worth that. Go and see her, you won’t be disappointed.

This was my first visit to Carrie'l and it won't be my last! I love the vibe of the old house repurposed into a chic salon and spa. As I waited for my appointment I watched how friendly and attentive the hair stylists were with the clients. Kat, who did my brow wax was lovely! Always telling me what she was doing next - I felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Thank you Carrie'l team, you knocked it out of the park!

Carrie’l is an amazing and charming salon. Sweet and helpful employees, skilled aesthetician's, and all around classy place to visit for any of my pampering needs. The pedicures outmatch any I have had before. The massage and facial I experienced had went beyond my expectations. So happy my step-mom (Sandra 🩵) introduced me to this gem of a salon located in an easy to visit part of downtown Edmonton. Always a treat and every-time I visit, I depart walking on clouds. Worth every penny 😀
