I’ve been a client here before, but since my last visit they’ve apparently changed their policy and no longer allow children. I walked in for my scheduled appointment with my almost 12-year-old, and instead of being spoken to politely or informed in advance, I was rudely glared at and told to leave. The way it was handled was unprofessional. A simple heads-up about the policy change or a respectful conversation would have gone a long way. I won’t be returning.

Capelli is seriously best of the best! The entire team is incredible. It is all the best stylists in the city, put into one space. A special shoutout to Laylee, who has been my life changing stylist. She has given me my dream hair and I cannot praise her talent enough. The results alone would have me as a returning client. But she ALSO doubles as the kindest human you will ever meet. And genuinely cares about making you feel your best. Sitting in her chair feels like spending time with your best friend. Truly my icon 🩷

Chloe did an absolutely amazing job as usual!! She made my ginger hair dreams come true and I have never felt more myself than after being in her chair. I am always thrilled with the outcome and her talents! I sing Chloe’s praises to all my friends looking for a new stylist. The Capelli salon was also stunning and super comfortable making the entire experience wonderful. Chloe is super friendly and kind and makes you feel like a friend and not just a client. I will always go back to Chloe!

I can’t even begin with how much I absolutely love Capelli. All of the staff are incredible, extremely friendly, and know what they’re doing. I’ve been going to Capelli for almost five years now and I will never go to another salon. The environment is so welcoming and warm. My go-to stylist is Dillon. Dillon is not only an artist when it comes to hair, but he is one of the most incredible people I’ve ever met. Every time I come in with hair that’s in desperate need of an upgrade, he delivers. Dillon goes above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable, seen, and heard during your appointment. I’m biased because he’s literally saved my hair on multiple occasions. Capelli’s prices are extremely fair for how much work you get done, and I can’t recommend it enough.
