Absolutely recommend 10 stars! I switched over to this dentist in 2022 when my daughter needed a lip and tongue tie revision and Dr Bachieu was nothing short of amazing! Since then my daughter and I have attended. The staff are so friendly and courteous always! A huge shout out to Jed!!! He is amazing at what he does but above all else he is Always so great with my daughter who is four! Thanks so much for making the dentist a fun and positive experience for her (as soon as we leave she asks when we can go back) She adores all the staff!

I’ve been a patient at this dental clinic for almost three years now if I remembered correctly — and my experiences have always been consistently positive, up until my most recent visit. During this appointment, my dental cleaning was performed by a new dental hygienist, at least I didn't meet him before. Unfortunately, the service I received was extremely disappointing. From the moment he began until I had to stop the procedure, the entire session lasted less than 10 minutes—and I couldn’t even complete it. Normally, during a cleaning, the tool moves steadily—working on one area at a time, carefully cleaning along the edges of the teeth without touching the gums or nerves. But this time, it was completely different. The instrument felt unstable and uncontrolled; every tooth he touched caused pain, as if the tool was scraping my gums instead of cleaning my teeth. Within just a few minutes, my mouth was bleeding — something that had never happened in my previous cleanings, where bleeding was minimal or nonexistent within the full treatment. The experience was distressing and far below the standard of care I’ve come to expect from this clinic, which has always provided gentle and professional treatment in the past.
