Great, honest service that really tries to help you fix your car. I've not experienced this quality of service, honesty and transparency for quite some time. Harry is a great person and is a pleasure to deal with. He inspected my car, explained what needed to be done to fix it, listened to my request, answered all my questions and fixed it the next day. This is so cool and rare nowadays. Just beautiful. Highly recommend.

Harry has been my mechanic for 15 plus years and fixed multiple vehicles for me, him, and his team have always given me a fair shake. Harry is honest, takes pride in doing a great job and is over and above helpful, I will never go to another mechanic ever, and I hope he never retires lol or if he does that his son takes over, cannot recommend this shop enough.

Harry and his team are great to work with. They’re very friendly and easy to talk to, nonjudgmental and informative. Their pricing is fair and the work is reliable. Fast turnaround times too. I’ve visited twice now for different repairs on my car and plan to return in the future for any other maintenance work I need.

I rarely write Google reviews, but Harry and Cali Automotive deserve a glowing one. I requested a winter tire change, but due to my own oversight, I had purchased the wrong size tires and rims. Harry and his team never made me feel bad about my mistake. Instead, they were compassionate and patient. My car also needed additional repairs, and Harry made sure I understood which fixes were important for my safety. He completed the work quickly, and I genuinely feel like he cares about keeping his patrons safe on the road. As a first-time car owner still learning about vehicle maintenance, I’ve always felt uncomfortable dealing with mechanical issues. I truly appreciate that I can trust Harry and his team. Anyone would be lucky to have them as their mechanics.

I've brought my Jeep to Cali Auto in Edmonton a couple of times, most recently to get it ready for a move back to Ontario....and Harry, the owner, continues to impress. He's honest, kind, and extremely fair. My check engine light had recently lit up, and instead of inventing problems, he gave me a free diagnostic (since I had a diagnostic done a year ago) and he simply reset the light--no upsells, no tricks. Harry is extremely responsive and genuinely cares about his clients. During a stressful moment, I broke down in tears in the office, and he came out, gave me a huge hug, and made me feel seen and supported. That kind of compassion is rare. I trust Cali Auto completely and I can't recommend them enough. Best mechanic I've had in my whole life.
