If I could give this guy a zero I would. Maybe the job was just too big for him to handle as he started off great, spraying the doors, using plastic sheeting to cover up our furniture etc, then he just brush painted the doors, (leaving streaks) and not even painting it completely. We had drawers he didn't bother taking out against the wall leaving a patch of the old colour every time you opened it. We had to spend a long time cleaning up the paint drops left everywhere as he didn't protect our floors or furniture. Pictures say more than words, so here you go..

I I recently had Mike do more work for me. This time he enhanced the exterior of my rental property immensely! He painted three decks, built and replaced two backyard gates, painted house, stucco and garage siding, found a door for my garage and widened the frame to installed it. All in good time. He also repaired and painted the concrete step, repaired an outside chimney with mesh and concrete, painted it and a wrought iron railing going down to suite, and repaired and solidified all the fences. He takes pride in his work and goes beyond what is expected. He is a problem-solver, congenial fair, and reasonable!

I seriously couldn’t have picked a better person for the job. Mike painted our house and garage for a quote I couldn’t refuse. He went well beyond the call of duty. He replaced doors in my home out of his personal stock and found us an awesome door for the front. He’s even looking for a steel door for the back now. He’s very personable and super easy to talk to gets what you want done and gives very good advice. I have a few more jobs around the house and will call on him to do them. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Mike for the job.
