I'll start off by saying that overall, the vehicle was cleaner when I picked it up but considering I paid $160 for their mid tier detailing packaging, there were a lot of things that were missed and I am very disappointed. There were spaces in the vehicle that were not vacuumed, the trunk wasn't even shampooed as outlined in their silver interior package and the worst of it all, when I have gotten into my vehicle the day after the detail ( today as well) there has been a very strong and musty smell that is almost unbearable unless I roll down the windows. I suspect the carpets were not properly dried/vacuumed after they were washed, I'll now have to go out of my way and have the interior completely deodorized. Not to mention, they forgot to put back all the contents of my trunk and they wouldn't have unless I did a quick inspection of the vehicle upon pickup. I had the expectation that the package I paid for would have everything within it completed but it seems like it was a rushed and the little details were missed. Unfortunately, I will not be back here for future detailing services and I will not be recommending this place to others.

Absolutely blown away by the service at Calgary Car Detail! Hands down one of the most impressive interior cleaning jobs I’ve had in a long time. Every corner, crevice, and surface looks spotless, like my car just rolled off the showroom floor. Zero complaints whatsoever. Professional, fast, and worth every penny. They're a little difficult to find at first but trust me they are worth it. Kind of like a hidden gem. They’ve definitely earned my trust, and from now on this is going to be my go-to spot for detailing. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this business. I purchased the silver interior and exterior package and my vehicle still had dirt and dog hair in it when I got it back. There were areas like the plastic between the center console and the cup holders, around the park brake, and under the window buttons that looked as if they hadn’t been touched. The vehicle was rather dirty, l’ll give them that much, but it seems that they spent more time dressing and conditioning the floor mats, the leather steering wheel, hood of the dash, and shining the tires than they did actually cleaning the vehicle. The vehicle did not smell good and the inside windows, especially the front window, were very streaky, which has made it difficult to see when driving into the sun. I definitely won’t be back.

Took my SUV here for detailing as I will be selling and wanted it to look great as I have pets as well as 2 kids and they're messy! Jimmy did such an amazing job I drove home thinking maybe I don't want to sell anymore. I originally booked for the complete silver and right away after looking into my car Jimmy mentioned some stains he noticed and that the package I booked wouldn't get rid of those, with that information we switched service packages. My original 1 hour turned into a 2 hour service, without any hesitation Jimmy was able to make this change work and he did an outstanding job. My SUV looks as it did when I bought it. Highly recommend this place! Very professional, communication was great, quality of service on point. Thank you again for making my mom car look & smell brand new again!
