Everyone is kind and professional! I had a great experience bringing in my guinea pigs for an exam and nail trims! They also have treats available for your pets so you can make sure to stock up!!

I called a few places and Caitlyn was the only one who took a few minutes to chat with me about my tortoise and actually see what was going on. She listened without judgment, she was sweet and kind. And she was very knowledgeable. She was able to get me in really quick. (Less than 48hrs) Dr. Materi was absolutely amazing! She was very intelligent, knew her stuff! She's a very kind and compassionate woman. I was grateful for her comfort and non judgemental take on my situation. The ladies at front desk were very also lovely and helpful. Would recommend them if you're ever in need of a exotic vet

I took my bird to this clinic a few months ago, because she had some nostrils problems and would always sneeze and her nostrils would look white. They recommended to switch the diet and I am so impressed it actually worked, and now we are loving our pellets as a new diet! The doctor was very nice and I got to ask as many questions as I needed to!

CAEPC is incredible- the staff, techs and vets (especially Dr. S) have been supporting me and my beautiful bird PJ (Conure) through a very difficult and stressful ongoing medical issue. PJ's medical issue has been exasperated by feather barbering. Though definitive explanations have eluded us, despite testing etc. we've been able to come up with a plan through trial and error to help PJ live her best life. This is in conjunction with Bird behaviour specialist Robin, from Parrot SOS. CAEPC have been kind, knowledgeable, patient, informative, honest and thorough and thus I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing avian vet with experience. PJ and I thank you so much, sincerely. At the end of the day it's all about PJ and making sure she's healthy, happy and loved- and because of your help, she is.

been here a handful of times now as our old vets prices had become too expensive. My lovebird, Milo, has scissorbeak and needs monthly beak trims. Calgary Avian and Exotic clinic is absolutely amazing, staff is incredible and very knowledgeable! they do a great job on my boys beak! they also have a bunch of amazing harrison’s products available for purchase. overall a very nice office and has good price compared to other places for beak trims specifically.
