I had a wonderful experience with Chris and his team at Calgary Autoworks with my BMW 535i. I brought in my car for some transmission issues. The team got to diagnosing it quickly and also identified another serious engine concern I hadn't noticed. Chris took the time to call me personally and explain what was going on and why certain repairs were necessary. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured, or upsold; I genuinely felt he wanted to make sure I was well-informed. Upon pickup, Chris had saved transmission fluid samples from three flushes and a broken part that they had replaced. That kind of service is above and beyond what you would receive at many other mechanics or even dealerships. Chris' transparency put my mind at ease for justifying the cost of the repairs. I grew up on a farm fixing just about anything we had tools for, so I have a deep respect for both mechanical skill and integrity. Chris and his team have both. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Calgary Autoworks to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service!

I highly recommend Chris and the team at Calgary Autoworks. I recently had issues with a MK4 diesel golf. Chris was very efficient at diagnosing and remedying the problem and now my car runs like new. He provided very clear communication as and fair pricing. I will always take my Volkswagens to Chris from now on.

Got a tune and delete done on my 2014 BMW F31 328D here. I intentionally waited a few months before writing this review in case anything pops up with the workmanship or tunning. Glad to say after ~10,000km, so far so good. Had the pleasure of dealing with Chris and needless to say he was transparent and responsive throughout the exchange. Very pleasant to work with. Ran into a couple minor hick up during the procurement and install which with Chris's amazing customer service easily resolved without leaving me feeling taken advantage of. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who is thinking about getting some quality work done to their vehicle.

I had SUCH a good experience here with their staff and really skilled and honest work by their mechanic. Compared to the experiences (and complete rip offs) I've had at BMW dealerships, I will be going here exclusively from now on. They're really fair here and they don't try to do work to your vehicle that you don't need. I highly recommend Calgary Autoworks to anyone.

Brought my 2002 M3 to Calgary Autoworks as a new customer for some diagnostic and repair work. All my interactions with the business went through Chris. I found him to be respectful, knowledgeable, and prompt to respond. The inspection/diagnostic work revealed a few issues that were previously unknown to me. The shop didn't perform any further work until Chris and I had chatted and agreed on a plan to move forward. The repairs were then completed quickly, and Chris even kept the faulty parts to show me when I picked the car up a few days later(I didn't request this, but I do greatly appreciate it). If you own a euro and are looking for a reputable shop my recommendation goes to Calgary Autoworks. PS- Chris please send me the photos of my undercarriage
