First time experience with the salon and with Rochelle. Went in for a cut, color, brow wax and tint. Absolutely enjoyed my experience!! Rochelle was kind, courteous, listened to what I asked for, and was a great conversationalist. The salon itself gives a cozy relaxed feeling which i enjoyed. I found the price very reasonable and I can't wait to go back

I wanted root touch up and highlights in the front where my hair is greying. The touch ups were great but the hairstylist bleached my baby hairs leaving square lines. I asked if someone could fix it and did not get a response. So I hired someone else to fix. I was told being charged over $160 for root touch ups and a small area of highlights was not acceptable.

This was my first visit with Becca, and she went above and beyond- I am giving her 110% customer satisfaction review! My hair appointment started off with an initial hair consult. Becca realized what I had booked online was not corresponding to my hair color request yet she accommodated my color wishes into her schedule during that day’s visit. Throughout my appointment, she pursued the hair consultation with color swatches and google images in order to achieve my new look. Her masterful skills have given me a natural-looking color and easy maintenance bob. She even taught me blow drying techniques and tips to curl my new style. I am so grateful for the time she spent to create my new look. I have never been happier walking out of a hair salon before! Becca is very perceptive and client oriented. She is a gem to the wonderful Cake Salon.

I saw Rochelle for a wedding hair style in June and I was so pleased with what she did! She not only makes you so comfortable while she is working her magic, and is such a great lady to chat to - but on top of a great experience there is of course the great hair! She pays close attention to what you're looking for and has great creativity and experience to add in. Very happy with the results and would totally recommend her for any special occasion. She of course also does great cuts and colors and I've seen her several times for that as well. Never disappointed. Photos wouldn't load here, but the look was lovely!
