I can’t say enough good things about Busy Bee Auto Repair. My daughter’s car needed attention while she was out of town, and as a parent living 800km away, that’s such a stressful situation. From the very first phone call, they were kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on. They made sure the repairs were done properly, and kept me updated throughout the process. Most importantly, they gave me real peace of mind knowing she was being looked after and that her car was safe and reliable. Honest, professional, and genuinely caring service like this is hard to find. I’m so grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone — especially parents with kids away from home.

Had a great experience here! Fair pricing, honest work, and zero feeling of being taken advantage of, which is honestly rare and so appreciated. They did an excellent job on my car, explained things clearly, and didn’t try to gouge me. Also, the young man named Usman who works at the customer service desk is incredibly friendly and personable! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

I have been using Busy Bee for my oil changes on my car and have to say I have been very happy with the customer service. I brought my dad’s car in this week to have an oil change and do a tune up on his car. They are reasonable in priced and the customer service is outstanding. Particularly Usman, he is such a pleasant person to deal with! I would highly recommend Busy Bee for all you car repairs! I am an extremely satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to this business.

Went into Busy Bee Auto Repair for the first time for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and courteous service that I received. Osman was the person that I made the appointment with and met when I arrived at the establishment. He was professional, very polite, a pleasure to deal with. They did a thorough inspection of my car along with doing an oil change. I will definitely use them in the future.
