Burt’s Automotive is hands down one of the most efficient, honest, and hardworking mechanic shops in town. I had my breaks and rotors replaced at another shop and when I drove my car home, it was clunking heavily. I took it back to that shop to have them look it over and they couldn’t identify the problem. This is where Burt’s Automotive comes in. I’ve taken my car here in the past when quoted $1600 for a water pump replacement at another shop (Burt’s did it for $600). This time around, Braden went out of his way to call multiple auto-wreckers up-island to get me a part for $300 that would have otherwise cost me $1300. I didn't even have to inquire about my options, he volunteered the affordable solution immediately. The shop fixed up my car as fast as possible and even identified the location of a power steering leak I’ve had (without even having to ask) for free, that cost me $200 at another shop to try and find (unsuccessfully). All and all, if you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic with 10/10 service, the team at Burt’s Automotive is goated!

I had to get a bunch of work done on my car and the guys at Burt’s did a great job. Braydon was super transparent about what needed to be done and took the time to explain things to me. They definitely went above and beyond. I am beyond grateful and won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else.

Thanks to Burt's for getting my car in next day to diagnose the problem. You identified it quickly, gave me a fair quote, ordered parts and fixed it all in the same day. Bonus points for not finding 10 other things that could have been addressed to boost your bill. I appreciate your fair and honest work. Happy to recommend you to many others!!!

Always a great experience. If you want honest assessments and competitive pricing (and really good customer service) I highly recommend Burt’s Auto. Plus he has loaner cars if you need wheels.

Best mechanic in town! Burt and his team are trustworthy and reliable. They even provided a loaner car while fixing our vehicle. Fixed my brakes, exhaust, CV joint and identified a few other issues without the high pressure sales. Thanks Burt!
