I had the pleasure of getting a free consultation from Dr. Stacey MacAulay recently. She is completely transparent on her pricing for everything about implant dentures and in fact gave me a complete breakdown to take with me. Having paid $200 for a consult from Dr. Zeng at a different business who would not give me all the prices or information, and for some strange reason did a long complete exam of my bad teeth that I want pulled constantly prodding painful spots I asked him not to but he did again and again any ways. Considering he is an orthodontist and would not be doing the extractions or repairs, it was bizarre, and seemed like he was trying to justify the $200. Having to pay for a consult is a dentist's way of trying to ensure that you don't shop for second opinions, and it is wholly unethical. I had hoped that Dr. M. did Zirconium dentures and she unfortunately only does the plastic teeth (acrylic) that only last about 5 years. If this is what you want I would highly recommend Dr. Stacey MacAulay.

Dr. Aslani is incredible. I can’t say how much as someone with extremely high dental anxiety, he has made me feel incredibly comfortable, whether it’s talking about family life, video games or Jordans- the small jokes that humanize the experience is absolutely A1. Beyond the Dr, the admin staff also are amazing. Again, they know that my true intentions are to get the care I need and they will give that gentle nudge to make sure I’m cared for- it’s like that loving family member that kicks my butt- they are ALWAYS kind, accommodating, willing to listen, and of course, trustworthy when dealing with the potentially confusing billing when using a combination of extended benefits. Thank you all and I look forward to my cleaning appointment soon!

Burtch Dental is fantastic, clean, welcoming, and always professional. The team here is great, and Charise is a wonderful hygienist who’s thorough and keeps me informed about my dental health. I always feel taken care of, so I’d highly recommend them for your dental care!

I really wanted to like this clinic, but my experience with Dr. Toor was disappointing. She seemed more interested in hearing herself talk than actually listening to my concerns. Every question I asked was met with a dismissive tone or a long-winded explanation that felt more like a lecture than patient care. It’s clear she’s confident in her skills—but a bit of humility and empathy would go a long way. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel respected or heard, and I’ll be looking elsewhere for a dentist who values patient input.

A modern dental office with very professional staff who provide excellent customer service. All are very friendly and helpful. I typically have Dr. Grover and more recently Dr. Aslani - both top-notch dentists, making you feel at ease who are there to support your needs as a patient. They do excellent work, and I especially like their guidance and approach I come closer to retirement. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental clinic. Thank you so much! ❤️
