Extremely poor service. I will not be returning to this Burger King, and I’ll be advising my friends and family to avoid it as well. My cousin and I arrived before 9:00 PM—a full hour before closing—and were never even greeted. We were ignored at the counter for an extended period. We even watched another customer walk out because the staff spent the entire time chatting in the back. To top it off, they turned the soda machines off early. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.

Great service at Burger King! The staff were friendly, my order came out fast, and everything was fresh and accurate. The restaurant was clean and the team made the whole experience smooth. Definitely a good visit!

Such a nice place for fastfood in swift current. A guy who make my meal his name is bhargav. A Asian guy who is really sweet make such a good meal for me. Good staff.

Great service and fresh food every time. The burgers are juicy, fries are always crispy, and the staff is quick and friendly. One of the best fast-food spots when you want something reliable and tasty.

I ordered onion rings with bacon and cheese burger... The rings were hot and delicious Now the burger was gross cold bun not even toasted the burger tasted like it was there all day sitting in the warmer...it was gross I took 1 bite and I threw it out it was gross and cold... Yes I was there just before they closed but they could have put my bun on the grill or let it go through the toaster to heat it up... Not happy not spending that like of money for me to just throw it out

When getting cups for guests, please refrain from putting your fingers on the rims of the cups please. Cashier hands are extremely dirty. Please hold the cups at the bottom.

I ordered a burger through the drive through. I love bk burgers. I paid at the window and received my order. I said thank you but no reply such as you’re welcome or anything like that. Just a dirty look from the east indian who served me. I don’t know whether he was racist or what but it made me feel uncomfortable and I won’t be back there again. I’ll go to subway instead next time.

Usually i have a fine time with this burger king but today the service, though quick, was a bit rude and literally gave us a cheeseburger with no burger on it.

I had a great experience at this Burger King! The staff were friendly, quick, and made sure my order was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and the service was faster than I expected. My food was exactly how I ordered it and tasted great. I’ll definitely be coming back again—thank you for the excellent service!
