I just left Bubbles in St. Albert and I’m very disappointed. There was still dust on my dashboard and dirt in my cup holders. The sides of my seats were still dirty, and there was garbage left on the floor under my back seats. I also felt pushed toward an expensive $200+ package, which was confusing since I wasn’t looking to spend that much. Overall, the car was not properly cleaned and did not meet expectations.

Was quoted over $750 for interior clean, wouldn’t even save me the $35 for taxes, (tried negotiating). I left and brought to a place in the north end of Edmonton 15mins from Bubbles and getting the exact same service for $495. Shop around people, bubbles is not the place to go if you want to save a few dollars. Even the manager wouldn’t listen! They lost a customer for good and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know bubbles is a rip off! Word of mouth and reviews go a long way BUBBLES! Yea I’m sour, taking advantage of people is not a good look! Needless to say, very glad they didn’t give me the $35 off for taxes, ended up saving $255 for allowing me to walk away. The girl at the cashier was great, I will say that.

I recently moved to St Albert and was hoping Bubbles Car Wash could become my regular spot. The facility is clean, well equipped, and has all the makings of a great local business. I brought my car in after a road trip to Calgary. The exterior definitely needed a good wash, and I mainly wanted the dashboard and centre console wiped down properly. I had already done a thorough hand wash and vacuum just a week earlier, but didn’t wipe down any of the interior console, so the car was still very clean inside. It didn’t need a full interior detail, just a light vacuum and a quick wipe of the dashboard and centre console. When I arrived, I was quoted $179 plus tax, which felt excessive for the service I actually needed. After a bit of back and forth, the price came down to $100 including tax. The staff inside were very polite and helpful, but it’s definitely not customer friendly to have to negotiate pricing outside before the service even starts. In the end, I received an exterior wash, a light vacuum, and a wipe down of the dash and console. For $100, that still felt overpriced given the condition the car inside was already in. Looking back, I probably should have just paid $20 for a basic exterior wash at a local garage and gone home to finish the interior myself. The biggest issue is the lack of clear structure when it comes to pricing. There’s no posted service menu or standard rates based on vehicle type or service level, which makes the experience confusing and inconsistent. I want to support local businesses and I really do hope Bubbles Car Wash implements a more transparent pricing model. The staff and setup are solid and super nice, but the customer experience would improve massively with a little structure and clarity.

To be honest our first experience was terrible. The person selling the detail pkgs was like an old used car salesman. HOWEVER once brought to their attention our experience and review changed. Mia one of the detailer stood out above from the rest. Her attention to detail was greatly noted. In addition she did not stop moving around the shop. Whether folding cloths, picking up garbage around or giving added care to a vehicle she represented your organization very well. Another person that was note worthy was Faizal whom received our truck was excellent. He made sure that our concerns were addressed in a professional and respectful manner. Thank you for regaining our trust and we will be back.
