Fantastic experience with Bubbles for the past one year. The staff here Sneha and Siyad are extremely hospitable and go the distance to take care of my vehicles as well as me when I come to the branch on Springfield. Highly recommend the services here especially because of the team and their meticulously planned strategies t keep the shine on my beloved vehicles.

I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I am very disappointed with Bubbles Car Wash. I paid almost $300 for a Deluxe Interior Package and it was not worth the price. After picking up the car, I had to take it back because it wasn't vacuumed properly and there was still quite a bit of dirt, debris and hair in my car. I have a dog and I understand you can't get every single hair out, but it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all. It was not reflective of $279 worth of work. After waiting almost another hour to have it re-vaccumed (they told me it would be 15-20 mins max) it looked better, but after I drove away, I noticed there were other areas they missed, like my interior mirrors. I do not recommend this business and will not be returning.

I went to Bubbles expecting a sparkling clean vehicle for $90. I’ve had such good experiences at the Jasper location in Edmonton and expected the same in Kelowna. However, I ended up with water drip marks off my mirrors, dirty rag marks on glass inside and outside, bug stains still on my windshield, hard water drops on mirrors, foggy side panels that i was able to run fingerprints into (shown in one photo) and part of my hood was unwashed. Now I’ll have to go pay to wash it again elsewhere. The worst part is I’ll have to clean my own glass even though the main reason I went in there was because i had smudges on my glass that I couldn’t get off myself. The receipt says no refunds which is so unfair for what I paid and what I got. Save your money and go somewhere else! If i could rate zero stars, I would.

Used to be 5-stars but now you can get a better exterior wash at several other places for a fraction of the cost, and just do the interior yourself. I spent $95 at Bubbles today and when I got home, I had to finish the job. Handle cups were awful, mirrors still had road grime, and the rims were completely untouched even after spending extra for the tire shine. Save your money and go elsewhere for a decent car wash.

What a fantastic experience! My truck was disgusting, covered in elm sap and chips, and hadn't been washed since... July? A long time. Yeah, so it's beautiful now. Inside and out. I was blown away by how personable all of the customer service was from arrival through pick up. Brendan explained the service and suggested an upgrade that made sense given the state of my work truck. Sarah was very friendly and explained what horrors they managed to clean out of the seats and off the side of the truck. I'll even be able to leave my ladder on next time! Phenomenal service totally worth the price. I will be back for a yearly membership.
