Lalita always makes me feel like more than just a customer — she makes me feel like a friend. Every time she works on my car, you can see how hard she works and how much pride she takes in what she does. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she never misses a thing. She always has the best attitude and makes sure customers come first no matter how busy it is. That kind of dedication is rare to see. Nov 26/2025 2:30 PM Bubbles once again, I’m very happy for the cleanliness of my vehicle after going through bubbles car wash., Today’s date was no different however there was a very minor missed Cleaning of a coffee holder which I spotted. The Bubbles Crew, Megan Colin and others immediately turned around and redid the clean front job (or second time for free) Yay to Bubbles South Side takes the Gold Star lol see my 2020 Cadillac Platinum Raven black Sport SUV and now ready for more of Edmonton’s winter., Lastly., rest assured the car wash (South Location 9330-51 Ave will never let you down and a clean vehicle is their top Priority, together with customer satisfaction:)) Ron Business man Edmonton Alberta, Canada

This was our first time (and not the last) having our car fully detailed and the crew at Bubbles did a fantastic job ! Colin was very polite, explained everything included and even let us pick the scent of our vehicle lol He offered their lounge for us to stay and wait in and gave suggestions to places in the area where we could go kill some time. I’m pretty sure our car’s cleaner now than when we bought it ! They even bagged up any loose items we didn’t find under the seats when we were removing our personal items to bring it in. Thanks again !

Really disappointed with the service here. Was originally quoted almost $300 when i said I wanted my 2 door bronco washed on the exterior and the inside vacuumed and wiped out. I said I didn’t need it fully detailed, I wasn’t trying to sell it or anything, it was just a bit dusty and needed a freshen up. When I was quoted $270 I said no thanks and I was going to go elsewhere, the salesman brought the price down to $160 if I didn’t want the leather on the doors and seats conditioned. I said I didn’t need that at all. I just needed it wiped out from dust and crumbs. Then he said $110. Okay. Much better than $270!? I waited inside. The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. I got my car back and I honestly should have gone through the Esso drive through wash. There was still grime on my fenders. The interior was terrible. The guy gave me back my keys and showed me my still dirty door frame and asked if I wanted them to back and clean it. What!? The whole interior had been given a quick wipe with a dirty rag. There was still dust and grime on the seats, the screens hadn’t been dusted or wiped. It smelled like an old damp cloth. Extremely disappointing. I drove to Canadian tire and bought a tub of Armorall and an air freshener and I did it all myself - which is what I should have done to begin with. Big waste of time and money. No attention to “detail”.

Stopped by at Bubbles to see if they could remove lime stains from the roof and front windshield of my car. It’s a brand new car and unfortunately the roof of the parkade in my building leaked and left a residue that was impossible to remove myself. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped me out but I believe he’s the manager there. Him and his colleague did an AMAZING job, in a couple hours they were able to remove all of the stains and made my car look just like the day I bought it. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Everyone was extremely kind and they worked very hard to fix the damage for me. Thank you Bubbles! I’ll be back :)
