Very satisfied with the various Bubbles Car Washes locations in the city. Our vehicle is always consistently done well. Most recently it was taken to the downtown location in Oliver where they did a great job. There is seating area so you can watch your vehicle being cleaned.

The team took me in late, on a cold day when they were all likely looking forward to closing for the day, instead! MUCH appreciated by me and my Boss (whose Jeep is what I was getting cleaned after he loaned it to me for a month)!!!

We absolutely love Stacy! She’s so welcoming, always has a great attitude and positive energy. She’s always extremely helpful. Ilirian does an absolutely fantastic job at this location with all the staff. So so so well trained and helpful. Best location in the city, hands down!

I recently visited Bubbles Car Wash for the first time with my brand new 2025 Ford Bronco just one month old and meticulously maintained. While I was excited to give the exterior a good clean, the experience left me feeling more frustrated than satisfied. As soon as I pulled in, a staff member approached my car and immediately asked to see the inside, suggesting I needed their top-tier interior steam cleaning package for $289.00. I explained that the car was only four weeks old and already very clean, but instead of acknowledging that, he shifted to pushing a $199.00 package insisting on its necessity. It wasn’t until I had to interrupt and clearly state, “This is a brand new car. I just want the outside cleaned and a simple interior wipe-down.” that I was finally offered a reasonably priced service. While I understand the need to upsell and maximize business, there’s a fine line between good service and aggressive sales tactics. Being overly persistent, especially with a well-maintained, new vehicle, made the whole interaction feel desperate and unprofessional. It honestly made me question whether they prioritize fair service or just high commissions. When i spoke with the young lady at the cashier, her response was she agrees, thats why she works cash. Did not leave a very good feeling of what kind of service I was going to receive. The finished job was absolutely horrible, dirt inside my door handles, nothing was wiped inside my car, dirt on all the outside, I paid for tire shine additional 6.00 and I had to ask them to do it, and they had to take my car in for a second wash when I showed the dirt inside my door handle not clean . I hope Bubbles Car Wash can strike a better balance in the future use common sense when approaching customers, and you might earn both their trust and repeat business.

liliran and the staff made the experience very good and their detailing on the interior literally looked as if we just bought the vehicle. They took care of a spill i had in the back seat and the smell is good as gone! Worth the price and highly recommend 👌 will be coming back.
