I brought my car to Bubbles Car Wash during my move after accidentally spilling CLR inside passenger seat and wanted a professional interior clean specifically to remove chemical odours. I explained this clearly when I arrived. I was recommended a detailing package that ultimately cost over $1100, which I agreed to because I trusted it would fully address the issue. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price or expectations. When I picked up the vehicle, the steering wheel had not been locked properly after cleaning. While turning up a hill shortly after leaving, the steering wheel suddenly dropped and my hand was already pulling right and I almost hit a curb. I called immediately to report this because it was a serious safety concern. In the days that followed, I noticed missed details throughout the car — smudges left on the rearview mirror, debris still under the seats, and most importantly, the CLR smell was still present despite odour removal being the main reason for the visit. I initially chose not to leave a review and was prepared to move on. However, two weeks later I received a follow-up call asking for feedback. When I provided honest feedback (which they requested), I was passed to another staff member who was Steven who I dealt with from beginning and he stated the issue had already been addressed and that their “satisfaction guaranteed” policy could not be honoured without a receipt — despite him clearly remembering my vehicle and the incident. What made the experience most disappointing was feeling that my original need — simply removing the odour and properly cleaning the interior — was lost in the process, especially given the size of the package recommended. After being contacted and asked to revisit the experience, the response felt dismissive rather than solution-focused. For a service costing over $1100, I expected better attention to detail, safer handling of my vehicle, and more meaningful follow-through when customer feedback is actively requested. I would have preferred to be treated like a returning customer rather than feel like a one-time transaction.

The unlimited car wash service is a must during the winter months! No more brushing up against your dirty car, waiting for the warm days to wash your car along with everyone else in the city, or worrying not about your doors freezing from the cold. It’s quick and easy to clean your car. The ability to customize - paying only for the additional interior areas that you want cleaned, like the front row mats, is another benefit. Customer service is amazing - they walked me through their services, available packages and how to use the app. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

I took my almost-brand-new car to Bubbles, and it turned out to be a regrettable decision. With just 12,000 km on it and never having been subjected to any abrasive washes, I expected a professional exterior clean from them. Instead, I got a car back with swirl marks all over the paint, clearly from dirty towels or careless handling. The painted edges of the wheel wells were not cleaned, and from the marks left on it, it looked like they just spread that grime while drying it, onto the rest of my car’s body. What really pushed this from bad to worse was the manager’s attitude. He dismissed my concerns outright, almost as if he was trying to make me doubt what I was seeing with my own eyes. I have photos proving the damage, and it’s crystal clear that this wasn’t some random coincidence. In short, Bubbles not only failed to deliver a basic wash but also managed to add damage and then shrug it off as if it didn’t matter. If you care about your car and expect even a modicum of accountability, I’d strongly recommend staying away, and finding a reputable detailer, something I’ll be doing now to repair the swirl marks.

They charged over $100 just to vacuum and wipe down the vehicle, took less than 10 minutes, and didn’t even do it properly. The person photographed here claims to be the owner but refuses to make it right, insisting it was just a "dusting." In my opinion, they essentially took the money without completing the job properly. I recommend going to Car Spa on 32nd instead. Updated Statement: Using a couple of swear words is not the same as being aggressive or yelling. Having a man enter my personal space without my consent was inappropriate, as was moving my vehicle without permission. Yes, there is video proof available for authorities if needed. What I was promised by Mrs. ___ and what I actually received were two completely different things. I was persuaded to give this place a chance after clearly stating I would prefer to go to my usual spot. The man insisted they were “the best,” but that confidence didn’t match the service delivered. Excuses and justifications do not equal accountability or proper business management. A responsible owner acknowledges the issue and makes it right—something that clearly did not happen here.

Not my first time there but surely my last. If your car is worth less than a 100k I suggest you wash it yourself cause they really wont treat as fairly. Paid 300$ for a in/out cleaning of my Ford Bronco. When all was *done* i mentioned several spots that were still visibly dirty. Employee proceeded to tell me that they were busy.. Worst excuses. Went to the manager to let him know that even tho they were 6 employees cleaning the car the job was still very much botched. The resolution was to re-wash the car… I waited 1h30, which I wouldn’t care if the job was well done but I’m certainly not waiting another 90min. Completely ridiculous. Wouldn’t be far fetched to think that this is just a money laundering car wash since they don’t really clean your car..
