If ICBC recommends this guy for rodent removal when your vehicle could possibly be written off, get a second opinion. I had a shop that said there was absolutely rodents in our vehicle and the damage was extensive only to be recommended to this guy who then said nope, no rodents here, yet he replaced all the damaged underlay and removed any sign of rodents, avoiding our vehicle getting written off as it should have.

I have to say Curtis and his team, did a great job on my new Nissan Rouge. I gave him a 5 star for great job, friendly,well worth it. I recommend Brite’n up auto .

Curtis was able to get my new Tundra booked in quickly for undercoating/rustproofing, and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Brite'n Up for this service!

Although this guy's knows what they are doing, I would not recommend them for a roden claim/problem.. He stripped our car, found the nests, replaced all the underlay. Cleaned and polished the car. Unfortunately i did found 6 droppings minutes after i picked up the car. I thought, maybe just coincident. (Right in the front) He also did not clean the middle console. 2 parts where wrongly installed. Days/weeks later we found more droppings. When food left overnight, was gone in the morning. When we called back, the owner was kinda rude and in a rush to hang up. Suggested we put a mouse trap. It did trap my kids too. Lol Also what ever he sprayed to prevent rodens, gave me bad headaches for months and seems like it didn't help anyways. Not something I'd like to deal with, with a newer car. Cats to the rescue.
